A creator named Natalie the Nerd has made Lego's non-playable Nintendo Game Boy set fully playable. Natalie, who specializes in circuit board design, added the power to play genuine Game Boy cartridges using real hardware instead of an emulator. She created a custom circuit board with Game Boy chips and a small screen kit to fit inside the Lego set. The project is fully functional, except for the A and B buttons, which Natalie plans to fix by 3D printing a Lego piece to hold a custom PCB. Once completed, Natalie will share her designs with the public.
