Fortnite Is Giving Away A Free New Version Of An Old Fan-Favorite Battle Pass Skin
Fortnite is offering a new free skin, Bug Punk Sunny, to players who earn a win in the Six Stack (Pure Chaos) mode of the recently added Blitz Royale mode this weekend. Blitz Royale is a small-scale mode with a maximum of 32 players and matches lasting five minutes or less, designed to appeal to mobile gamers. The new Blitz Royale island is themed around Tony Stark/Iron Man, with Marvel-themed loot and locations. Bug Punk Sunny is the ninth free skin offered by Epic Games this year, with a tenth skin, Skulldroid, also being available for 100 V-Bucks. This is already more free skins than players would typically receive in a full calendar year, and there are still three months until Fortnite's Winterfest, which is traditionally the game's biggest source of free skins.
