However, the release timeline for these new editions is currently unclear. The reliable leaker NateTheHate2 has confirmed the existence of these versions, but has not provided any updates on when they might be launched. The theory is that Rockstar may want to release these new editions fairly soon, as the studio is expected to focus on the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI next year. Previously, Rockstar brought the original Red Dead Redemption to the Nintendo Switch in 2023. Additionally, there have been rumors about a possible remaster of Grand Theft Auto 4.
