Halloween: The Game Coming From Friday The 13th Devs, Features Single-Player

Illfonic and Gun Media, the developers behind Friday the 13th: The Game, have announced a new single-player and multiplayer title called Halloween: The Game, set to release in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC. The game will focus on adapting material from the original 1978 John Carpenter film, allowing players to take on the roles of either the residents of Haddonfield, Illinois or the iconic slasher, Michael Myers. The game will feature a single-player story mode, offline bots mode, and online asymmetrical PvP, as well as multiple maps and authentic locations from the classic film. The announcement coincides with Gamescom 2025, and the game is expected to arrive sometime in 2026.
