Eugenio Suárez slam puts Seattle Mariners one win from first World Series

Eugenio Suárez's grand slam in the eighth inning helped the Seattle Mariners defeat the Toronto Blue Jays 6-2 in Game 5 of the American League Championship Series. The victory gives the Mariners a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series, putting them one win away from their first-ever World Series appearance. Suárez's second home run of the game broke a 2-2 tie and sparked a five-run inning for the Mariners. Seattle's catcher, Cal Raleigh, also hit a leadoff homer in the eighth to kickstart the rally.
