Silverstone’s FLP02 retro PC case actually looks great for a real gamer build

Silverstone, a renowned PC case manufacturer, has unveiled its latest retro-inspired model, the FLP02. This vertical tower design is a follow-up to the company's previous FLP01 case, which featured a horizontal layout. The FLP02 boasts a striking aesthetic, with triple faux floppy drives adorning the front panel, which can be replaced with actual disc drives or other accessories. The case offers a wealth of features, including an integrated fan controller with a two-digit LED readout, a functional lock with a key, and multiple USB ports and a headphone jack. The interior is spacious, accommodating up to six fans, a 360mm AIO cooler, and extensive storage options, including three 3.5-inch hard drives and two 2.5-inch SSDs. However, the FLP02 comes with a premium price tag, with Silverstone eyeing a $220 price point in the US. While this may be higher than some modern, feature-rich cases, the retro design and nostalgia factor are likely to appeal to many PC gamers who are looking to build a unique and eye-catching system.
