Netgear has launched its most affordable Wi-Fi 7 mesh system, the Orbi 370, priced at $350 for a router and two satellites. While the system claims a total bandwidth of 5 Gbps, it is limited to a maximum speed of 2.5 Gbps to a single device due to its 2.5-gigabit internet port. The Orbi 370 is a dual-band system, lacking the 320 MHz or 6 GHz band options, which are key advantages of Wi-Fi 7. However, for households with a two-gig connection or less, the Orbi 370 may be a suitable and more affordable option compared to Netgear's flagship Orbi 970 model, which offers 27 Gbps total bandwidth, a 10-gig internet port, and a quad-band setup, but at a significantly higher price of around $2,000 for a router and two satellites.
