PGA Tour ends decade-long absence from Trump-owned courses with Doral return in 2026

The PGA Tour has announced that it will return to the Trump-owned Blue Monster course in Miami in 2026, ending a decade-long absence from Trump-owned venues. The Miami Championship, a $20 million Signature Event, will be held on the first weekend of May 2026, marking the 56th time the Tour has played at Trump National Doral. This will be the first time the Tour has visited a Trump-owned course since 2016, when the WGC-Cadillac Championship was relocated to Mexico City after Cadillac withdrew its sponsorship. The event is part of a crowded spring schedule that includes several major tournaments and high-purse events.
