Surprise Nintendo Mobile Release Is Fire Emblem Meets Among Us
Nintendo has unexpectedly released a new mobile game called Fire Emblem Shadows, which blends elements of the Fire Emblem strategy franchise with the social deduction mechanics of Among Us. In the game, players control a party of warriors and must determine which of their allies is a traitor before it's too late. The battles take place in real-time, rather than the traditional turn-based format of the Fire Emblem series. This release comes shortly after the announcement of the next mainline Fire Emblem game, Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, which was revealed during the recent Nintendo Direct presentation. Fire Emblem Shadows is now available on both iOS and Android platforms.
