Jay Vine’s solo attack wins Vuelta’s sixth stage as Vingegaard loses lead to Traeen

Australian cyclist Jay Vine won stage six of the Vuelta a España, launching a solo attack in the final 20 kilometers. Vine was part of a breakaway group and managed to hold off the chasers to secure his third individual Vuelta stage win. Torstein Traeen of Norway finished second and took over the overall race lead from Jonas Vingegaard, who now trails by more than two minutes.
