Louis Rees-Zammit returns to rugby union after calling time on NFL dream
Louis Rees-Zammit, a former Wales rugby player, has decided to return to rugby union after pursuing an NFL dream for 18 months. Rees-Zammit, who is 24 years old, had signed an active roster deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2025 season, after being part of their practice squad in 2024. He had also travelled to London to play in games against the Chicago Bears and New England Patriots in October. However, Rees-Zammit has now decided to end his American adventure and focus on a return to rugby next season.
