Vuelta a España: Philipsen sprints to stage win again as Træen stays in red

Jasper Philipsen, a Belgian cyclist, won stage eight of the Vuelta a España in a photo-finish, edging out Elia Viviani and Ethan Vernon. Philipsen, riding for the Alpecin-Deceuninck team, had previously won the first stage of the race.
