Everton seal £28m deal for Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Everton have secured the signing of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Chelsea for a fee that could reach £28 million. The 26-year-old midfielder has signed a five-year contract, becoming Everton's fifth summer signing. Dewsbury-Hall joined Chelsea from Leicester City last summer but struggled to secure regular playing time in the Premier League. Despite this, he played a key role in Chelsea's Europa Conference League triumph, starting 14 of the 15 games and contributing four goals and three assists. He also made five appearances as Chelsea won the Club World Cup. Dewsbury-Hall cited Everton's ambitions as a key factor in his decision to join the club.
