Harman: US Foreign Policy in 'Freefall'
Jane Harman, former California democratic congresswoman, says US foreign and security policy is “in freefall” and argues the country lacks a strategy for Ukraine or the Middle East. Harman says Russian President Vladimir Putin is taking advantage of Trump and that Chinese President Xi Jinping has been “playing the long ball” successfully. She also says Congress needs to reassert its policymaking role, saying “Congress always chickens out. ” She speaks with Kailey Leinz & Joe Mathieu on Bloomberg’s "Balance of Power.
