Prospective football agents to take case over Fifa’s faulty online exam to Cas

A group of over 40 prospective football agents are taking their cases to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) after facing technical issues with Fifa's online exam for football agents in June. The candidates reported various problems, including insufficient time to answer questions and multiple answers not being recorded. While some were allowed to resit the exam on June 30th, many were informed they would have to wait until next year without the right to appeal. Fifa considers the issue to have been "already resolved," but the affected candidates believe the technical problems prevented them from completing the test and are seeking redress through CAS.
