Gorillaz' Classic Flash Game Site Kong Studios Is Back From The Dead

Gorillaz, the fictional musical group, has revived its classic Flash game website, Kong Studios, which was originally launched in 1998 but shut down in 2008. The new version of the site features a game inspired by the music video for "Clint Eastwood," where players fend off gorillas in a first-person shooter-style perspective. The site also has a revamped design, with new graphics and art, and serves as a "gamified fan experience" where users can explore the rooms and spaces of the group's members. Additionally, the site is expected to be a platform for revealing news about future Gorillaz projects before anywhere else. The group, created by Blur frontman Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett, is scheduled to release their next album in 2026.
