GoPro has introduced a new compact action camera called the Lit Hero, which sits between the entry-level Hero and the high-end Hero 13 models. The Lit Hero features a built-in LED light, which can be useful for vloggers and creators who need better lighting for their faces in low-light conditions. The camera can capture 4K video at up to 60 fps, a significant improvement over the previous 30 fps limit. It also offers 4:3 video support, making it easier to create vertical content for social media. The Lit Hero is waterproof up to 16 feet and features the same Enduro battery as the Hero, promising over 100 minutes of 4K 60p video. The Lit Hero is now available for pre-order at $270, with shipping starting on October 21.
