Ravensburger has officially opened preorders for its enormous Pokémon "Celebration" jigsaw, a staggering 40,320-piece set that costs $730 and spans over 22 ft in length. It ranks among the biggest officially licensed Pokémon collectibles you can find, and, according to Ravensburger, is "one of the world’s largest officially licensed puzzles" ever released. This isn't the first colossal jigsaw puzzle that Ravensburger has developed, either, as it also has a "Memorable Disney Moments" puzzle of the same size as the upcoming Pokémon set, at 40,320 pieces. By comparison, according to the Guinness World Records, the "Most pieces in a jigsaw puzzle" record is currently 551,232. This was completed by 1,600 students of the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with an overall measurement of 14.85 x 23.20 m (48 ft 8.64 in x 76 ft 1.38 in). The world’s largest commercially available puzzle is "What a Wonderful World" by Dowdle, featuring 60,000 pieces and spanning 8 ft by 29 ft.
