Claude can now reference past chats, if you want it to
Anthropic's AI chatbot, Claude, now has the ability to reference past conversations when prompted, allowing users to pick up where they left off or recall details from previous sessions. Unlike ChatGPT, which saves all conversations and uses them to personalize responses, Claude's memory feature is more limited in scope, only accessing past chats when specifically asked to do so. This approach is more privacy-minded, and users can disable the feature entirely. The new ability is currently available to subscribers of Anthropic's Max, Team, or Enterprise plans, with plans to expand it to other plans soon.
