'A clear message to Trump': BBC correspondents react to China's military parade

China's recent military parade sent a strong message to the United States, according to BBC correspondents. The parade, which showcased China's military capabilities, is seen as Beijing's way of positioning itself as a global counterweight to the US. The event comes at a time of heightened tensions between China and the US, with trade wars and disputes over issues like Hong Kong and Taiwan. The BBC's correspondents noted that the parade was a clear demonstration of China's growing power and ambition on the global stage. While the parade was a show of force, the BBC's coverage remained unbiased, focusing on the facts rather than engaging in political rhetoric. The article highlights the significance of the event in the context of the ongoing geopolitical tensions between China and the US, without taking a strong stance on either side.
