Browns’ Myles Garrett 40mph over limit in eighth speeding citation in recent years
Myles Garrett, the defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, was cited for speeding at 100mph in a 60mph zone on a highway in suburban Cleveland. This was the eighth speeding citation Garrett has received in recent years. The incident occurred shortly after 2am on Saturday night, just after the Browns had returned from a preseason victory over the Carolina Panthers. Garrett was driving his Ferrari and was issued a $250 ticket. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, but can pay the fine to avoid attending court. This is not the first time Garrett has been involved in a high-speed incident, as he was also hospitalized in 2022 after a car crash.
