But New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdaniâs plan to tax wealthy residentsâ second homes has elicited a highly emotional response from two of the cityâs richest. âCreepy and weird,â is what Ken Griffin had to say Tuesday at a conference about Mamdaniâs campaign-style video touting the tax outside the hedge fund managerâs $238 million penthouse.
