Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is coming to PS5 on November 20

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, the highly anticipated game, is set to release on the PlayStation 5 on November 20, 2023. The PS5 version will feature various enhancements, including adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, and gyro aiming. PlayStation 5 Pro users will also enjoy upgraded resolution, shadows, and reflections. The game's development has been a long and challenging journey, lasting 14 years. The Ukrainian studio, GSC Gameworld, faced funding issues, a near shutdown, and a transition to a new game engine. The 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine also presented additional challenges, with the studio even losing a team member in the war. Despite the game's tumultuous development, the team has worked tirelessly to patch the bugs and offer a polished experience for PlayStation players. The game will be available in three editions: a $60 standard edition, an $80 deluxe edition, and a $110 ultimate edition.
