Americans to get free entry to parks on Trump's birthday

The Trump administration has announced that all national parks and public lands will be free for visitors on July 4th, the president's birthday. This move is seen as a way to encourage more Americans to visit and enjoy the country's natural spaces. However, the administration has also announced the withdrawal of free entry on Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Juneteenth, two important holidays for the African American community. This decision has been criticized by some as a potential attempt to limit access to public lands for certain groups. The free entry on July 4th is expected to attract more visitors to national parks and public lands, providing an opportunity for Americans to celebrate the country's independence. The withdrawal of free entry on the other two holidays, though, has raised concerns about the administration's priorities and its impact on the accessibility of public spaces.
