Here’s Who the Mysterious Main Characters Are in 'Disclosure Day'

Everything we’ve seen from Steven Spielberg’s latest film, Disclosure Day, has been heavy on mystery. In the film, which is out June 12, aliens exist and live among us. But who are they? What are they? What are they doing here? How long have they been here? And, most importantly, who is covering it up? But even beyond that, the trailers so far have not offered much in terms of who, or what, the main characters are. We know they’re played by Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Colman Domingo, and others. But who is who and how do they all fit in? Empire Magazine has a big, exclusive story on the new Spielberg film, and the coverage finally makes those roles known. Here’s how it breaks down. So what do we learn here? Not too much. There’s a big company protecting this massive secret, and out of there, we get several of our main characters. Guess we’ll have to wait until June to find out the rest. Directed by Steven Spielberg, Disclosure Day opens June 12. Want more io9 news?
