LG's StanbyMe 2 is the latest iteration of the company's rolling display, featuring a 27-inch 1440p screen that can be detached from the stand and used as a tablet or wall-mounted display. The new model offers more ports, including USB-C for laptop connectivity, and a built-in battery that can power the screen for up to four hours. While the added versatility may make the StanbyMe 2 more appealing, the $1,299.99 price tag is significantly higher than the original model and other OLED TVs and monitors available on the market. Additionally, LG has introduced the Smart Monitor Switch, a 31.5-inch 4K IPS touchscreen display with a more articulated stand and additional ports, also priced at $1,299.99.
