Minecraft's Friendly Fishing Add-On Is Out Now

Minecraft's new educational add-on, "Friendly Fishing," is now available. Developed in collaboration with Conservation International, the add-on aims to raise awareness about ocean pollution. Players can explore a new underwater environment, catch various marine creatures, and use plastic waste they collect to craft unique items. As players clean up the ocean, they'll unlock more fish species, learning about real-world ocean conservation efforts. The add-on also features an aquarium and the ability to explore underwater ruins. Microsoft is making an initial $100,000 donation to Conservation International, and all net proceeds from the add-on will go to the organization. "Friendly Fishing" is available in the Minecraft Marketplace for 990 Minecoins.
