Crystal Palace want chunk of £67.5m Eze fee up front as Arsenal talks continue
Crystal Palace are demanding a significant upfront payment from Arsenal if they want to sign Eberechi Eze. Palace are unwilling to let the England forward leave for less than his £67.5m release clause, and they want £35m paid immediately if a deal is to go through. Arsenal have held initial talks with Palace, but the London club is standing firm on its valuation and payment structure for Eze, who has two years remaining on his contract. Palace manager Oliver Glasner has warned that the team could face "another false start" if they fail to secure new arrivals this summer.
