Nintendo is putting an extremely rare GameCube game on Switch 2 next week
Nintendo is adding the rare GameCube game Chibi-Robo! to its Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack library on August 21st. Chibi-Robo! is a 2005 platform-adventure game where the player controls a friendly robot who helps the Sanderson family with various household tasks and good deeds. The game was originally conceived by the now-defunct developer Skip Ltd. as a point-and-click adventure, but Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto took a liking to the character design and played an overseeing role in its development. Chibi-Robo! has gained a cult classic status over the years, and physical copies have become increasingly rare and expensive, with prices reaching up to $200.
