John Carpenter's Toxic Commando, a first-person shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world, is scheduled for release in early 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Developed by Focus Entertainment, the game follows a team of well-armed mercenaries as they traverse the country to complete their mission. The game's narrative revolves around an eldritch horror known as the Sludge God, which has transformed the majority of the human population into zombie-like creatures.
