MLB playoffs: Seattle grab 2-0 lead in Toronto as Dodgers take NLCS opener
The Seattle Mariners have taken a 2-0 lead over the Toronto Blue Jays in the American League Championship Series (ALCS). In the National League Championship Series (NLCS), the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 2-1 in Game 1. The Mariners dominated the Blue Jays, winning 10-3 in Game 2, as the Toronto team struggled to limit the damage and generate more offense. The Dodgers, led by Freddie Freeman and Blake Snell, were able to hold off the Brewers in a close game to take the first game of the NLCS.
