‘What the hell is Nvidia?’ said Trump while presenting on AI
In a recent presentation on his AI Action Plan, President Donald Trump admitted that he had never heard of Nvidia or its CEO, Jensen Huang, even though he had previously wanted to break up the company. Trump claimed he suggested assembling "the greatest minds" to try and match Nvidia's success, but was told it would take 10 years to catch up with the company, even if Huang ran it incompetently. Trump later acknowledged that he now understands why Nvidia is so successful after getting to know Huang. The president's remarks came as he outlined his plan to secure US supremacy in the field of artificial intelligence.
