Blumhouse Games's Next Project, Now In Early Access, Lets Your Friends Play For Free
Blumhouse Games and Dublin-based studio Gambrinous have launched a new co-op Gothic horror game called "Eyes of Hellfire" on Steam Early Access. The game allows one player who owns it to share it with up to four other players for free using Steam's Friend's Pass feature, although these players will not have access to meta-progression or other perks. The game drops five players into a dark and spooky lodge with the goal of escaping, requiring them to explore, solve puzzles, and fight against demons and other supernatural entities. Each player is afflicted with a specific "curse" that must be cured, which may involve betraying their friends. The developers have plans to add new scenarios, playable characters, monsters, and puzzles in the coming months as the game progresses through early access.
