There are 215 Pokemon to find, catch, and evolve in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen. Some are harder to obtain than others, and some require trading from the version you don't have. This guide lists all the Pokemon in the Kanto Pokedex and the Pokemon you are able to obtain in the National Pokedex in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, plus their locations and checkmarks to track your progress toward catching 'em all. The Kanto Pokedex contains 150 Pokemon - not 151. Mew does not count toward completion and is not obtainable in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen unless you either trade it from Pokemon Emerald (or Pokemon HOME on Nintendo Switch once support is added) or by cheating. When you've caught all 150 Kanto Pokemon, visit the Celadon Mansion in Celadon City and speak to the Game Freak employee to receive the Diploma certificate in recognition of your achievement. Despite Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen having the National Pokedex, a lot of the Pokemon are unavailable on Nintendo Switch due to trading limitations.
