Joey Jones, former Liverpool, Wrexham and Wales defender, dies aged 70

Joey Jones, a former defender for Liverpool, Wrexham, and the Welsh national team, has passed away at the age of 70. During his time at Liverpool, Jones won two European Cups, a UEFA Cup, and a league title. He earned 72 caps for the Welsh national team and played a total of 100 games for Liverpool. Jones began and ended his career at Wrexham, with additional spells at Chelsea and Huddersfield.
