Ethan Nwaneri targets bigger role with Arsenal after signing long-term deal

Ethan Nwaneri, an 18-year-old forward, has signed a new long-term, five-year contract with Arsenal. Nwaneri made his Premier League debut for the Gunners in 2022, becoming the youngest player to ever appear in the league at 15 years and 181 days old. He has since gone on to make 39 appearances for Arsenal, scoring nine goals, and was part of England's victorious U21 European Championship squad this summer. Despite interest from Chelsea and German clubs, Nwaneri has committed his future to Arsenal, where he feels at home, and is determined to build on his breakthrough season and play a bigger role with the club going forward.
