This Is the Way to Lego's April Releases

May is usually the time Lego goes Star Wars crazy, with a lavish new set launching to celebrate May 4 every year. But with a new Star Wars movie in theaters next month, the brick builder is starting the party a little early by making April the month of the galaxy far, far away too. Although the new wave of sets for The Mandalorian and Grogu are the standouts for the month, they’re not the only things dropping of note. For fans of classical sci-fi, the latest Lego Ideas sets whisk us away to the moon for a recreation of an iconic Tintin story, while much closer to Earth (and more specifically, the sewers of New York City), we’ve got Lego’s long-awaited return to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line for the first time since 2014.
