Assassin's Creed Shadows Claws of Awaji Expansion Launches In September

Ubisoft has revealed the release date for the Claws of Awaji expansion for Assassin's Creed Shadows, which will be available on September 16. The expansion will be free for preorder customers and can also be purchased separately. It will add around 10 hours of new content, including a new weapon class, abilities, gear, and enemies. Additionally, Ubisoft is introducing several updates for the game, including a New Game Plus mode, an increased level cap from 60 to 80, new Mastery ranks, Knowledge Skill ranks, and upgrades for Hideout buildings. The update will also include quality-of-life improvements, such as the ability to skip time-of-day and reach higher equipment rarities. Assassin's Creed Shadows has also reached over 5 million players, and Ubisoft has teased the possibility of the game arriving on new platforms in the future. The company also announced that a live-action Netflix series adaptation of the franchise is in development.
