Windows 11 tests new feature for resuming Android apps on your PC

Microsoft has released a new test version of Windows 11 (KB5064093/Windows Insider Preview Build 26200.5761) that includes a feature to resume Android apps on a PC. The first app to support this feature is Spotify. When a song or podcast is playing on your Android phone, a notification will appear on your PC's taskbar. Clicking the notification will transfer the playback to the Spotify app on your Windows 11 device. The feature requires the same Spotify account to be logged in on both devices, Bluetooth and mobile device settings access, and the Link to Windows app to be installed and active on the phone. This functionality is currently being tested in the Dev and Beta channels of Windows 11, and it's unclear when it will be released to the stable version or when more apps will implement similar support.
