Max Verstappen wins Belgian sprint in first race since Horner’s Red Bull exit

Max Verstappen won the sprint race at the Belgian Grand Prix, taking the lead on the opening lap and holding on to win against the McLarens of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, who finished second and third, respectively. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc came in fourth, while Lewis Hamilton, Verstappen's teammate, could only manage a 15th-place finish after starting 18th. The victory marks a successful start for Red Bull under the leadership of new team principal Laurent Mekies, following the recent departure of Christian Horner.
