Gemini arrives on Google TV

Gemini, Google's AI assistant, is now available on Google TVs, starting with the TCL QM9K series. Gemini will be rolling out to more devices later this year, including the Google TV Streamer, Walmart's onn 4K Pro streaming device, certain Hisense TV models, and additional TCL TVs. The integration of Gemini on TVs allows users to engage in natural language conversations, similar to its counterparts on other platforms. Users can ask Gemini to find content based on their preferences, summarize previous seasons of shows, provide reviews, and even answer general knowledge questions. Gemini's capabilities go beyond just TV-related queries, as it can also assist with learning new skills, provide recipes, and offer follow-up information to initial queries.
