Ange Postecoglou appointed Nottingham Forest head coach after Nuno’s sacking
Ange Postecoglou has been appointed as the new head coach of Nottingham Forest, replacing Nuno Espírito Santo. Postecoglou returns to work just three months after being dismissed by Tottenham Hotspur, and his contract with Forest is set to run until 2027. The appointment provides Postecoglou with the opportunity to defend the Europa League trophy, which he won with Spurs before being sacked 16 days later. Forest's entry into the Europa League comes after Crystal Palace were denied participation by UEFA.
