The survey, which had 867 participants, found that four out of five women reported experiencing sexism in the workplace. Additionally, only 29% of individuals from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds felt they could excel in the sport. These results highlight the significant work that still needs to be done to address issues of gender and racial discrimination within the football industry.
