In one swoop, Trump kills US greenhouse gas regulations
The Trump administration has eliminated the "endangerment finding" that has been the foundation for federal regulations on greenhouse gas emissions since 2009. This finding allowed the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to craft rules limiting these emissions under the Clean Air Act. Instead of repealing the rules individually, the Trump administration has chosen to undermine them all at once by attacking the endangerment finding.
