Manchester City to sell Ederson to Fenerbahce – if they land Donnarumma
Manchester City has agreed to sell goalkeeper Ederson to Fenerbahce for €14m (£12.1m), but the transfer is contingent on the club securing the services of Gianluigi Donnarumma from Paris Saint-Germain for around €35m. Ederson has one year remaining on his £8m-per-season contract with City and has become unsettled at the club. Donnarumma, on the other hand, has been deemed surplus to requirements by PSG manager Luis Enrique, who recently signed Lucas Chevalier to be the club's first-choice goalkeeper. The deal for Ederson's departure to Turkey is dependent on City's ability to secure an elite goalkeeper, such as Donnarumma, as his replacement.
