Celebrity Cruises Promo Code: Book Your Dream Vacation This October 2026

There are generally two types of people when it comes to vacationing at sea: cruise people and non-cruise people. It’s rare to find an ambivalent traveler somewhere in between. I, for one, am firmly a cruise person, in part because I grew up around it—my parents both worked in the cruise industry, and we always lived near a port, meaning we were regularly going on cruises or welcoming guests over for dinner who had just disembarked one. Over the years, between family vacations and work trips as a travel editor, I’ve been on dozens of ships and cruise lines. And while I haven't sailed on Celebrity Cruises yet, it’s high on my wish list. It has a reputation as a solid premium cruise line, sitting in a nice sweet spot between the massive family-friendly lines and the ultra-luxury smaller ship operators, with great food to boot, including restaurants with menus designed by chef Daniel Boulud. The Edge Class ships are particularly appealing, with Infinite Veranda staterooms that add open-air access to more cabins; the transformable moving Magic Carpet area; and a pool deck that more closely resembles a luxury resort than a traditional ship.
