Football Daily | Ronaldo hits new heights for hubris after busy week playing fame game

Here is a 191-word summary of the news article: The article discusses Cristiano Ronaldo's recent interview with Piers Morgan, in which Ronaldo claimed to be the most famous person in the world, even more so than Donald Trump. The author sees this as another example of Ronaldo's hubris and self-celebration. The article then recounts a humorous anecdote from the author's time playing in a Sunday league pub team in Exeter. The team managed to secretly recruit an Exeter City player to play for them, but were nearly exposed when they discovered the opposing team had fans of the rival local club. The player ended up dominating the game, but had to be substituted to avoid drawing too much attention. The article concludes with a reader's tongue-in-cheek observation about the character names used by author Lee Child in his Reacher novels, which seem to be references to various football figures. Overall, the article provides a lighthearted look at the intersection of football and everyday life, while also taking a critical view of Ronaldo's excessive self-promotion.
