Koei Tecmo also announced a release window for Attack on Titan 3 Koei Tecmo just shared a ton of new information about Attack on Titan 3, the latest game adaptation of the hugely popular manga. The game, which was first revealed a month ago during Summer Game Fest 2026, is set to adapt the entirety of the manga's story and will release this Winter. Attack on Titan 3 was the subject of a lengthy 45-minute presentation held on July 1, that also included a gameplay trailer. The first two games in publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force's Attack on Titan series were released in 2016 and 2018 respectively. Both titles adapted only a segment of the original story. Attack on Titan 3 won't continue where Attack on Titan 2 left off; rather it will cover the full story (which has also been adapted into an anime). Like previous entries in the series, Attack on Titan 3 will include a main story based around missions. The third entry will introduce a new open-world mode that lets players freely explore the game world.
