Legora has added $50 million to its Series D round, bringing the total to $600 million and maintaining its $5.6 billion valuation, the company exclusively told CNBC on Thursday. NVIDIA’s venture arm, NVentures, and Atlassian joined as new investors in the extension, alongside Adams Street Partners, Airtree, Barclays, Geodesic Capital, and Insight Partners. According to Dealroom, the Nvidia investment is the chip giant’s first in legal tech. The extension follows the first close of the Series D in March 2026, which raised $550 million led by Accel at a $5.55 billion valuation. Total capital raised by Legora since its founding in Stockholm in 2023 by Max Junestrand and Sigge Labor, originally under the name Leya, now stands at $866 million. The company says it recently surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, as one of the fastest ARR trajectories in European software history.
