AMC Theatres has revealed the runtime of Spider-Man: Brand New Day — which is set to be the longest Spidey film ever. At 150 minutes — that's two hours and 30 minutes total — the film will also weigh in as longer than almost every other Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. But, considering the number of characters and plotlines in the film, perhaps this isn't a surprise. Tom Holland's fourth solo outing as the webslinger is also longer than any Spidey film starring Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield — and two minutes longer than Holland's own longest Spider-Man movie to date, Spider-Man No Way Home, which featured all three heroes together. The only Marvel films longer than Brand New Day to date are Eternals (which felt long at 156 minutes), Black Panther (161 minutes) and the climactic Avengers: Endgame (which at 181 minutes just tips over the 3-hour mark). Spider-Man: Brand New Day has plenty to do — which may account for its lengthy runtime. The film's main action picks up years after we last saw Peter Parker, who is now living alone and fighting the good fight in New York against a rogues' gallery of villains.
